He was denounced for abusive practice of the profession, a crime that provides for imprisonment from 6 months to 3 years and a fine from 10 thousand to 50 thousand euros.

He is the second abusive doctor, explains a note, reported this year by the Prato municipal police. To make the agents suspicious of the continuous coming and going of people, always different and obviously suffering, in the man’s home, inside which huge quantities of drugs and medical devices were also found that were seized. Also in Prato, the agents discovered an abusive aesthetic activity in the area of ​​via Pistoiese, conducted by a 35-year-old of oriental origins who worked in the absence of a technical manager and without professional requirements. During the inspection, cosmetics of dubious origin and composition were found as they lacked the mandatory labeling, in compliance with European standards. The woman received a 3 thousand euro fine.
