The Pramono team remains confident in their victory, asserting that the election was conducted fairly. “And of course we are not worried because we have implemented the methods of winning the regional elections in an ethical manner and are far from cheating, so we are very confident that if there is a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court then we will be the ones who will win,” Iwan added.
“It needs to be understood that we from the Pramono-Rano party are only supported by 3 parties and the RK party is supported by 16 parties and we are not from the ruling party so it is difficult for common sense to accept that we have the ability to commit fraud in the election so it can be said that the accusations from party 01 exist and ‘Knights tend not to accept defeat,'” he further explained.
The RK-Suswono team, known as RIDO, previously alleged widespread fraud in the Jakarta Pilkada process, prompting their decision to file a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court.
“We can conclude that the KPU in carrying out the regional election process on November 27 was full of many shortcomings and fraud was committed,” stated Basri Baco, Secretary of the RIDO Team, during a press conference held at the Golkar DPD in Menteng, Central Jakarta, on Saturday, December 7.
