ENNIO MORRICONE – THE OFFICIAL CONCERT CELEBRATION will be a unique musical event with a spectacular production curated by Ennio Morricone himself. The Prague concert will take place on April 6, 2024 in the O2 arena, and his son Andrea Morricone will take the baton. The program will include iconic film tunes as well as previously unreleased footage of the Maestro and his famous collaborators. The time has finally come to celebrate the world’s greatest film composer with the new concert tour ENNIO MORRICONE – THE OFFICIAL CONCERT CELEBRATION. Maestro Ennio Morricone himself started working on a new concert production in 2019, which was supposed to replace him on world stages. After more than a year of work and preparations, Maestro Morricone as curator completed the entire large concert program. According to his wish, the brand new concert show will also include iconic scenes from the most famous films, lighting effects and soloists with whom Maestro Morricone has worked with for many years will perform on stage together with a symphony orchestra and a large choir. His son, Andrea Morricone, will take the baton.

FOR KIDS is the largest fair of toys, games and supplies for children in the Czech Republic. The number of exhibitors and visitors increased significantly in 2023 thanks to the merger of the FOR KIDS, FOR TOYS and FOR BABIES trade fairs into one large one called FOR KIDS. The new concept of the fair brought a wider targeting: expectant parents, households with newborns, infants, toddlers, preschoolers, schoolchildren and teenagers. April’s FOR KIDS will primarily focus on future mothers and babies. The range of exhibitors will still be wide. At the fair you will find a wide range of educational toys, new collections of children’s clothing, bouncers, scooters, tricycles, bicycles, swings, a wide selection of strollers, car seats, supplies for future mothers, educational and entertaining literature, furniture for children’s rooms and healthy snacks for children. As part of the accompanying program, you can compete or listen to interesting expert lectures.
A search game for children: From the diary of the blue-eyed cat

What is it like to look at the world through the eyes of a little kitten? You will find out in the new play From the Diary of a Blue-Eyed Cat, inspired by the book of the same name by Josef Kolář, which Helena Zmatlíková gave an unmistakable form. Another quest game, this time for children aged 7-13, will introduce the adventures of Blue-Eyes the cat and let the player see the strange world of bipeds from a cat’s perspective. The goal of the game is to solve a crossword puzzle. Whoever correctly fills in the secret can enter the draw for the book From the Diary of a Blue-Eyed Cat by Josef Kolář. The game contains 9 stations that can be visited in any order, at each station players will find an entry from the diary of the cat Blue-Eyes, a crossword puzzle in “cat language” and a voluntary task from the life of cats. Game duration: 45 minutes. Suitable for children from 7 to 10 years old or even younger children accompanied by their parents.

This year in Prague’s Vinohrady you will find a magical Christmas park with a non-traditional Ice Magic exhibition, which will appeal to families with children and adults alike.
