The wall of the old tenement house collapsed at Wrzesińska Street. The services and representatives of the Masovian Conservator of Monuments came to the site. “Nobody was hurt,” said the fire department.

The incident took place after 10 a.m. at Wrzesińska Street. – One of the walls of an uninhabited tenement house has collapsed. Its elements collapsed on the pavement, but we have no information that anyone was passing there – said Michał Konopka from the fire brigade.

As he added, there were three fire brigades working on the spot. – We search the area thoroughly, but at the moment we do not have information about the injured – said the firefighter after 11:00.

The office of the provincial inspector of monuments announced after 12 o’clock on Facebook that its representatives also reached Wrzesińska Street, including with the police and the building supervision inspector.

He reported that fragments of the wall fell on two cars parked along the street. The tenement house is adjacent to another building – its inhabitants have not been evacuated.

The action ended at 15.30. Michał Konopka confirmed then that no one was injured. – We handed over the land to the investor – he said and warned that Wrzesińska Street would still be blocked.
