If Lead Digital Loans & Mortgages you will support our customers in the financial sector (investment, retail and private banks) and will accompany them in all aspects of digital change. With your technical expertise in the field Digital Loans & Mortgages you help our customers to find new solutions to their challenges. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in the Pragmatica “Digital Finance” service and help shape it.

Lead Digital Loans & Mortgages | 80-100% | Zurich (hybrid)
You can move:
- Assumption of overall responsibility for the topic of digital loans & mortgages
- Expansion / adaptation of the existing solutions to the latest movements on the market and developments in related areas (“CRM”, “360° consulting process”, “bank assurance”)
- Internal authority for the Pragmatica Consultant in this area
- Definition of consulting services, marketing materials and “knowledge articles” for social media
- Positioning of the developed ideas on the market together with our business development
- Observation of trends on the one hand among the solution providers, but also among our customers
What do you bring with you:
- Joy and enthusiasm for digitization projects in order to optimize processes with (technical) solutions
- Track record in the field of digitization and innovation projects with a focus on solution definition and implementation
- Mortgage, personal and/or corporate loan expertise and work experience in a relevant internal/external consulting role
- A good mix of agile methodology, banking and creative solutions
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and the FinTech landscape
- Customer friendly mindset and ability to communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders
