Presidential candidate number 2, Prabowo Subiantosaid those who criticize and disagree with the free lunch program for children are not sane people.
Prabowo made this statement in his speech at a grand campaign at the Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium (SUGBK) on Saturday (10/2).
“I think you understand the Prabowo-Gibran struggle, right? We will give lunch to all Indonesian children. Those who don’t agree, maybe you should study again. Those who don’t agree will be given lunch, that’s awesome!” said Prabowo in front of tens of thousands of supporters and accompanying important figures.
“Those who say lunch for children is not important, in my opinion, are not sane people, not people who love their country,” he added.
Prabowo promised that if he wins the 2024 presidential election, one of the first things his government will do is provide free and nutritious lunches for children throughout Indonesia.
Prabowo explained that this program aims to form children who are intelligent and grow strong.
“Once the mandate was given to us, the first step, we had to provide nutritious food for all children in Indonesia,” said Prabowo in a campaign at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api (GLBA) Stadium, Bandung, Thursday (8/2).
Prabowo’s statement was greeted with cheers from supporters. On this occasion, the Indonesian Minister of Defense continued to repeat his promise to eradicate poverty from the face of the Indonesian earth.
Prabowo also promised that if he wins the 2024 presidential election, he will make Indonesia a stronger country at the world level.
“We are now the 16th richest and strongest country in the world. Soon we will be the 10th or 8th or even 5th strongest country in the world,” said Prabowo.
Prabowo also asked all his supporters to come to the polling place (TPS) on February 14.
“I ask that on the 14th, everyone must go to the TPS. Dare? Be brave! Go to the TPS, guard your ballot papers, vote, and wait until it’s finished,” said Prabowo.
