FAJAR.CO.ID, JAKARTA – After the Declaration of the Peaceful Campaign held by the General Election Commission (KPU), the Prabowo-Gibran National Campaign Team (TKN), Deddy Mizwar, emphasized its commitment to holding the Election peacefully and happily. Not only commitment, the Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka pair is also ready to become the axis for peaceful elections.
“Prabowo-Gibran are ‘all in’ in a joyful election. This is the principle that Pak Prabowo instilled in all of us. We are ready to help the KPU realize a peaceful election, so that it truly becomes a people’s party.” said Deddy to journalists, Monday (27/11/2023).
The Gelora Party politician emphasized that a peaceful and conducive atmosphere during the elections is very necessary so that after the elections the Indonesian nation will be united again.
“We need unity for sustainable development. Let there be no divisions. Let’s guard it together. We are on the track towards a Golden Indonesia 2045,” he said.
According to Deddy, today’s people also really miss peaceful and cheerful elections without bad-mouthing each other. This is proven by the viral term ‘Gemoy’ from the public towards Pak Prabowo.
“The term ‘Gemoy’ is a kind of sign that people like campaigns that are funny and cheerful, but also full of ideas. The name of a democratic party must be joyful. There is no need to demonize it, let alone use hoaxes and fake news.” he said.
According to him, one more thing that must be paid attention to is statistical data which shows that the 2024 election will see an increase in the number of voters of productive age above 50 percent. This means that beginner voters or young voters will dominate the 2024 elections.
