A number of survey institutions released the electability of candidates presidential candidate 2024 lately. The names of Defense Minister Prabowo Subianto, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, and DKI Jakarta Governor Anies are often in the top positions.
In each survey, Ganjar and Prabowo occupy a different position. Ganjar and Prabowo seem to be competing for the number one position in the 2024 presidential candidate market.
However, Anies’ name has not appeared in the first position in the last three surveys. Anies always occupies the third position behind Ganjar and Prabowo.

1. Survei SPIN
The Indonesian Survey and Polling Institute (SPIN) released the latest electability of presidential candidates for 2024. Gerindra Party chairman Prabowo Subianto was in the top position, followed by Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo and DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
The SPIN survey was conducted on 28 March-7 April 2022 through direct interviews with the help of a questionnaire with a total number of 1,230 respondents. Respondents aged at least 17 years spread across 34 provinces, using a multi-stage random method, a confidence level of 95 percent and a margin of error of ±2.8 percent. Quality control 10 percent of samples.
The name Prabowo Subianto ranks first in the question if the presidential election is held today. Prabowo received 26.5 percent support, followed by Ganjar Pranowo 17.2 percent and Anies Baswedan 13.2 percent.
