The vacancy was triggered by the closure of several wholesale tenants and convenience stores.

The total supply of retail space in Jakarta is currently 4.83 million square meters. Meanwhile, Bodetabek covers an area of ​​2.84 million square meters.

Despite the heavy pressure, there are six new malls in Jabodetabek that are scheduled to be completed.
