The government has decided to extend PPKM. Now the entrance is from abroad limited to only two airports, namely Soekarno-Hatta Airport and Sam Ratulangi Airport.
This was conveyed by the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan in a virtual press conference, Monday (13/9/2021). Meanwhile, Bali will be considered at a later time.
“And the restrictions on entrances are for ease of surveillance. So surveillance from the air.
Luhut confirms the requirements overseas travel will continue to be tightened. Those who do travel from abroad must have been vaccinated.
“Tightening of international travel requirements from abroad is mandatory full vaccination, PCR 3 times quarantine for 8 days,” said Luhut.
