Poznań. Two explosions, one after the other. Recording from a restaurant opposite the tenement house

Two firefighters died in a tragic tenement house fire in the center of Poznań. A surveillance camera in a restaurant opposite the building recorded the moment when two explosions occurred. Another recording, in which one explosion is visible and audible, was recorded from a greater distance by a city resident.

A TVN24 reporter obtained a 40-second recording from a surveillance camera of a restaurant located opposite the tenement house on Kraszewskiego Street, where a fire broke out on Sunday night.

On the recording, you can hear and see that there were apparently two explosions in the tenement house. The second was more serious. You can also hear the alarm that went off as a result of the explosion. Through the restaurant window, you can see people moving along the sidewalk – along the wall of the building – clearly deafened by the explosion.

One explosion was also captured by a Poznań resident who was near the site of the tragedy that night and shared the recording on social media.

On Kontakt24 we received a recording showing a fire in a tenement house in Poznań from a distance. As its author told us, the explosions accompanying the fire were heard in other parts of the city.
