Around midnight, several Ukrainian media and public officials reported that the plane alarms went off throughout the country.
Strong explosions are said to have been heard in several Ukrainian cities, including Kyiv. The attacks appear to be the strongest in the region around Ukraine’s capital, since Russian forces withdrew from the area earlier this month, reports Reuters.
The news agency writes that there have been no immediate reports of injuries after the explosions.
The attacks came only hours after Russia itself reported that the ship had sunk. Ukraine claims that it is due to a missile attack by their forces.
Putin hardly slept well
Member of Parliament Lesia Vasylenko signed Twitter in 01 time that three explosions had gone off in Kyiv.

The warship “Moscow” quickly became a target for Ukrainian forces after the invasion began, according to the news agency AP.
British intelligence writes on Friday morning that the loss of the Russian ship means that Russia has suffered damage to two important naval resources since the invasion. The first was Russia’s landing ship Saratov on March 24.
– Both incidents will probably make Russia look at its maritime position in the Black Sea again.
“Moscow” was among the largest and most powerful in the Russian navy, and this is therefore referred to as a great victory for Ukraine, and a great loss for Russia.
While Ukrainian government officials claim that their forces caused the ship to sink, Russian media reported yesterday that it happened as a result of a fire followed by a storm while towing.

“Should be proud”
In his speech on Friday night, President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine should be proud to have survived 50 days, when the Russians “gave us a maximum of five”.

– 50 days of defense is a feat. A feat shared by millions of Ukrainians, Zelensky said.
He listed the many examples of how Ukrainian forces have defended the country in recent months.
“Those who showed that Russian warships can sail away, even if it is to the bottom of the sea,” he said, as one of the examples.
