“A loud explosion is reported from Simferopol and Perevalnoye. An explosion was also heard in the Bakhchisaray district and Alushta,” the publication says.
Local residents write that car alarms went off in some villages of the Bakhchisarai region as a result of the explosion.
Subsequently, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that on the night of August 19, “Kyiv attempted to attack an anti-aircraft missile of the S-200 air defense system converted into a strike version on the territory of Crimea.” The invaders claim that the missile was timely detected and shot down in the air by means of air defense, there are no casualties or damage on the ground.
Recall, earlier it was reported that the Russian Ministry of Defense announced alleged attack by a Ukrainian naval drone on a ship of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
