Potential Transfers: Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) Targets Kang-in Lee, Milan Skriniar, and More

Kang-in Lee and Cher Ndour – two names that even the biggest football fan might not be familiar with. But the 22-year-old South Korean and the four-year-old Italian are apparently about to move to Paris Saint-Germain.

On the other hand, superstars like Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos are leaving the Sheikh Club this summer. Kylian Mbappé is also back at the center of the rumor mill.

A change is therefore imminent in Paris. A new coach will also come. Ex-Bayern coach Julian Nagelsmann is one of the talks.

With the big names, PSG could not achieve the club’s own goals. The title is still missing in the Champions League. In the past two seasons, the round of 16 ended in each case. A new club philosophy, away from the stars and towards young talents, should now apparently bring the desired sporting success.

PSG: Hernández, Skriniar and Co. in focus

And Lee could start with that. The South Korean international from RCD Mallorca is close to signing, according to information from “Marca” and “L’Équipe”. This season, Kang-in Lee has made 39 appearances for the La Liga club. The attacking midfielder scored six goals and prepared seven.

The Parisians apparently have to transfer around 22 million euros for the 22-year-old, who has also played for Valencia FC. Peanuts compared to the €222m invested for Neymar six years ago. Ndour, who was mostly in Benfica’s second eleven in the season just ended and is available on a free transfer, is said to be in the focus of PSG.

A much better-known player is also moving to Paris on a free transfer. Milan Skriniar, most recently under contract with Champions League finalist Inter Milan, will play “next year at PSG”, the central defender confirmed himself on “Sport Mediaset”.

According to “L’Équipe”, Marcus Thuram is another Bundesliga player in the focus of the French. The Borussia Mönchengladbach striker’s contract expires at the end of June.

Messi to Miami, Neymar to the desert?

Football expert Cyril Morin von Eurosport France however, considers this scenario unlikely: “Mbappé wants to leave because PSG’s project is not progressing as quickly as he would like. But I can’t imagine that PSG will sell Mbappé now. That would be the end of the project.” A complete restart, which is probably no longer ruled out in Paris.

How things will continue with Neymar (contract until 2025) is open. Allegedly, Al-Hilal knocked on the 31-year-old.
