Judging by the behavior of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories, from which they export metal, machine tools, sawing factories, they are not going to linger there. Scorched earth tactics is an old Russian game.
Will it explode? There’s a big question here. The world will equate such an action with the use of weapons of mass destruction. The reaction is unpredictable.
But, as I was taught at the academy, we must prepare for at least three scenarios. There may be more, but the three most real ones should work out, of which one is the worst.
