The rapper recalled a charity concert in support of Ukraine in Madrid last year.
Rapper and producer Potapwhich located in BarcelonaI remembered how last year at a charity concert in Madrid I raised money to help the Ukrainian army.
On his Instagram page, the rapper posted footage from this event and told how, despite health problems, he found a way to benefit our country. According to Potap, due to facial paralysiswhich occurred due to stress, he could neither sing nor speak. Then the producer took the box and simply went into the hall to collect money for the Armed Forces of Ukraine:
“A year ago I performed here on stage with a paralyzed face, it was impossible to sing or speak, but I didn’t give up. I took a box to collect donations and went into the hall, just among the people! I’m an artist, pantomime and experience came in handy. I managed to collect 10 thousand euros in just 5 minutes and these funds were transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. I was then very stunned by the Ukrainians who wanted to help: they gave not 5, but 50 and 100 euros or even 200 euros,” Potap recalled.
He shared photos from that charity concert, which showed how he was paralyzed in half his face. The producer also admitted that he admires the Ukrainians in Spain and the Spaniards who support Ukraine:
“I soon understood why Ukrainians living in Spain value such important things. They really value every moment, they take time for themselves and because it is really important to them! And for every Ukrainian there is nothing more important than Peace and Victory. “The Spaniards are open and sympathetic people who easily make contact. They help a lot and love foreigners. How much good they have done for Ukrainians and Ukraine. We are sincerely grateful to them for this!” – Potap noted.
Let us remember that in June last year Potap frightened fans by appearing with a distorted face. As the rapper’s wife Nastya Kamenskikh said then, her husband was very worried Due to the events in Ukraine and due to stress, half his face was paralyzed. After this, the producer received treatment for two months.
