Cristian Valdéz, project engineer of Teletón, who signed their signatures to make official the delivery of the land on loan.

This important work, in the future, will serve about 1,200 children and will be located very close to the O’Higgins Bus Terminal, in order to provide easy access to patients, both from the city of Rancagua and from other communes of the region.

Governor Pablo Silva Amaya reported that this work could be completed by the end of 2025, with the best equipment and technology, for the benefits of the boys and girls of the O’Higgins region.

“This is one of the most important works in recent years, due to the social impact it has, to serve more than 1,200 children, a number that will increase,” said Silva, adding that there are many people who travel to the Santiago telethon for rehabilitation.

Regarding the investment, the regional president announced that more than 10 billion pesos will be allocated for infrastructure and about 3 billion for equipment, for a work that will have the best technology at the national level for the care of the children of our region.

“We have not spared the cost to make it the best Telethon Center in the country, which our children deserve,” he stated.

The official clarified that this is a payment against receipt contract, that is, it is being developed in stages and its completion is scheduled for the coming year 2025.
