More than a thousand voting passes in Utrecht have disappeared without a trace. A PostNL employee did not deliver all the envelopes, causing one of the biggest mistakes in the delivery of voting passes in the Netherlands in recent years. “It has also gone wrong in Utrecht in the past, but then it concerned a few addresses. This is really on a much larger scale.”
