On 23 June the hypothesis of an agreement was signed for the renewal of the national collective bargaining agreement for non-executive staff of Poste Italiane and the other companies of the group. The new CCNL will be active until December 31, 2023.

Among the most important innovations introduced, there is a increase in the paycheck of 110€ gross monthly, of which 90 € of minimum table and 20 € of meal vouchers. There is also a one-time payment of 1.700€ of backward skills and anticipations.

It is reaffirmed in the new Contract that it smart working it is a structural organizational model, which protects employees and allows them to reconcile family and personal needs with professional ones.
The article of the CCNL therefore incorporates the cardinal principles of the agreements signed on agile work, in particular with the Agreement of 18 December 2020.

For employees of Poste Italiane and the companies of the group, the possibility of using paid leave recovery, by the hour or full day, for a maximum annual, respectively, of 24 hours or 4 days.
These may be requested by workers for outpatient or health services, related for example to cancer prevention, cardiovascular, ultrasound or blood tests for assisted procreation.
The number of permits is raised from 10 to 15 days a year unpaid, which can be granted by the company for personal or family reasons compatibly with service needs.

The possibility of using the holiday also on an hourly basis, to an extent equal to half the average daily time determined by the employee’s weekly hours.

New provisions are also introduced for i days of illness for the disabled with a reduction in working capacity of 50% or more, which increase to 30 paid in total.
