OnePlus and Oppo have been having problems in Europe for some time with patents owned by Nokia. In fact, OnePlus and Oppo are said to have lost this battle against Nokia. It has now gone so far that OnePlus and Oppo no longer advertise themselves and their smartphones in Germany. It also doesn’t help that the smartphone market has been in a deep decline for at least a year now.
BBK Electronics, the parent company of OnePlus and Oppo, is reportedly set to pull out of major European markets altogether. But there is also a possibility that OnePlus and Oppo will completely disappear from all European countries, including Great Britain.
The first countries that OnePlus and Oppo will leave will be Germany and Great Britain, France, the Netherlands are also being talked about, but Spain, Switzerland and Italy are not going to be left by OnePlus and Oppo, at least at the moment.
Oppo’s choice of home in Germany is also a major blow to the company’s future plans, where the smartphone business could seriously suffer.
Confirmed by the one and only Max Jambor + Netherlands is also affected, that leaves basically the Spanish and Swiss market left for OPPO in Europe.
