Large police forces were armed when they moved to Kårstø in Tysvær, following reports of a drone. However, they did not find any drones or pilots.

The plant north of Rogaland, near Haugesund, plays a decisive role in the transportation and processing of gas and light oil from the continental shelf areas.
– We all know that this is a structure of particular interest. We are therefore campaigning with police on both sides of Boknafjorden, Operations Director Victor Fenne-Jensen in the Sørvest Police District said in Stavanger Aftenblad night to Friday.
Police are said to have received a report on the incident on Thursday at 9:30 pm and left armed. According to TV 2, it was the defense personnel at the facility who observed the drone.
Tipsters VG spoke to tell about the large police forces and vehicle control in the area.
It does not exclude foreign powers
Police tell Aftenbladet that both private individuals and foreign powers can be behind a drone flight and explain that this was why they were armed.
Shortly after 01:00, the police left Boknafjorden.
– We have been working for a couple of hours and now we have finished the operational efforts. This is now continuing in the investigation and intelligence trail, says police chief at the scene, Fritz Arne Lilleskog NRK.
He says they have not come into contact with any drone pilots, people or vehicles, but that they have received several interesting information.
Fenne-Jensen tells NRK that police believe the drone was controlled from Rennesøy, which is on the other side of the Boknafjord.
From Nord Stream cables have been damaged there has been increased security in this and other facilities, among other things the National Guard assisted the police.
This is not the first time this has happened drones have been observed in critical infrastructures recently in Norway.
