Case DBD in the city Cimahi experienced an increase in the last month. Currently, a total of 161 people have been infected DBD since the beginning of 2021. A total of 18 people of them died.
“In total there are 161 cases since January. Then only 4 people died this month,” explained Pratiwi.
For prevention, Pratiwi appealed to the public to carry out PSN at home and in their respective environments. Because, during this rainy season larvae mosquito aedes aegypty will breed more in various places puddle air.
“Then if you feel the symptoms DBD like a fever, don’t hesitate to take him to a health facility such as a health center,” he added.
Head of the Communicable Disease Control and Prevention Section Romi Abdurrahman added that with the increasing trend of DBB amid increasing rainfall, his party asked the public to remain vigilant. Moreover, City Cimahi is an endemic area DBD, which means there are always findings every year.
