LISBON – The Portuguese and Spanish police, with the help of navies and air forces, have made the largest drug bust in 15 years in recent days on the high seas. They boarded a 24-meter yacht in international waters in the Atlantic Ocean and found at least 5,200 kilograms of cocaine packed in 183 bales.
