In 2020, Eurostat concluded that Portugal was the country in the European Union where the price of communications fell the most – this is a trend that will be confirmed again in February.
You previous data had been calculated between January 2020 and January 2021 and realized that the price of communications packages (TV, fixed Internet, mobile data and telephone) had fallen by 3%.
Now, Eurostat again confirms that Portugal remains the leader in the ranking of countries where the packages have dropped the most: 2.8%. In general, communications also maintain a downward trend in the country: -1.5% against 0.3 in the EU average.
