PORTO CERVO With a bodyguard she shows up in the luxurious villa of her ex-husband and, after having him attacked, takes away his disputed daughter, a 9-year-old girl. In Costa Smeralda is yellow on the case told today by New Sardinia and on which the Carabinieri of Porto Cervo are investigating after a long complaint-report for kidnapping of minor private violence and trespassing presented by his father assisted by the Sassari lawyer Francesca Fiori. The two separated parents are well-known and wealthy: he a Roman manager, she a Russian entrepreneur with an American passport and a residence in Monte Carlo.

The reconstruction
According to the first reconstructions, it all began when the mother, who had decided to spend the holidays in Switzerland in the company of her new boyfriend, was the first to go to the Sassari juvenile court for child abduction. The judges, however, rejected the urgent appeal at the end of July, however, setting a hearing for next 11 September. So the little girl was able to stay for the holidays with her father on the Costa Smeralda. The mother, however, would not have given up and would indeed have presented herself with a Russian bodyguard in the villa to claim the child: so while the bodyguard immobilized the man, she would have snatched away his daughter. The search for the manager and the child is now underway.

Meanwhile, the father launches an appeal: “If you have seen my daughter and her mother, talk – he told Ansa -. They are people capable of anything, I am worried, two days have already passed: People capable of planning such an execution can also obtain false documents ». The man traces the moments of the attack: “Shortly after 1pm I was entering the pool, I was hit by a stone – he says – I turned around and saw my ex-partner pull my daughter by the feet and then pick her up ». In the meantime, «a 1 meter 80 tall man, whom I don’t know, attacked me. He spoke Slavic, had short blond hair, light eyes, acid green shorts and t-shirt, tennis shoes. Now stop every attempt at expatriation ».
