PORSGRUNN: Almost 30 years ago, Rolf “Otten” Nilsen ended the operation of Buksekroken, which was started in 1973. Now the 82-year-old is on the owner’s side when the store name reappears in the former premises of Dollhouse in Skomværkvartalet, and will work in the store.
