Porsche will present the top version with an as yet unspecified name as part of the modernization of the Cayenne Coupé. Its most powerful version yet arrives with an improved 4.0-liter V8 engine with double supercharging. The car will be tuned to power up to 631 horsepower, making it the strongest cayenne in history.

Compared to the “standard” version of the Turbo, the engine will be amplified by 89 hp. By the way, it will be a total of 39 horsepower stronger than the Audi RS Q8 and only 10 horsepower weaker than the Lamborghini Urus.

The Germans state that although it will be the top version of the cayenne, the strongest Turbo variant will still remain on sale.

The strongest variant will be reserved for the coupe version with a lowered roof, the classic SUV probably does not apply. “The coupe-style body has its undeniable advantages. It is lighter and has a slightly lower center of gravity than a regular SUV. Our intention is to deliver not only the strongest yet, but also the most sporty cayenne, “said the engineer on the Autocar server. Rico Löscherwho is responsible for the development of the car.

According to the latest reports, the car will also arrive with an interesting aerodynamic package and a number of carbon fiber accessories. This will make the car lighter and should generate more downforce. There will be a redesigned front bumper with more distinctive features. The rear wing, which moves in connection with the driving style, has seen an obvious enlargement. A novelty is the rear diffuser with centrally located exhausts.

Other technical data has not been published yet, however, the Autocar server brought information that the car will be equipped with a titanium exhaust system and a new engine control unit. The automatic eight-speed transmission system, which directly affects the torque converter and all-wheel drive, should also be redesigned. The electronic differential should also have a different setting.
