Preparation

  1. Cut the meat into cubes.
  2. In a large pot, brown the pork cubes in 1 tablespoon olive oil (does not need to be fully cooked). Remove from the pot and reserve.

  5. Remove lid and add beans and cream. Simmer 10 more minutes uncovered.
