However, Tan Sheng believes that price does not mean everything. He means that only by ensuring the quality of materials and products can long-term survival be achieved. When asked about mainland tourists who come to Hong Kong and criticize tea restaurants as “expensive and not good” and would rather buy two meals to eat in a park, Tam said, “There is nothing to win or lose. He believes that the quality, cost-effectiveness and even service attitude of mainland restaurants are better, which creates a gap.
There are also many students in the shop. Pan and his friends who study nearby are also regular customers. They praise the shop for its “variety of styles and healthy food.” But without these two options, they can only eat chain fast food restaurants before meals, which are also more expensive.
