Pope Francis had a particular reaction when a nun asked him if he would kiss her.
The exchange took place this Wednesday, at the beginning of the weekly general audience of the pontiff. While Francis greeted the pilgrims inside the papal audience hall, in Vatican City, a nun spread her arms trying to attract her attention.
“Kiss, dad!”said the nun in Italian. Pope Francis accepted the request. But he put a condition: “Don’t bite!”
“I’m scared! You bite! I’ll kiss you, but keep calm, don’t bite!” The pontiff replied and then leaned down to kiss her cheek.
