Saturday, May 22, from 12 to 16 The Ikšķile open-air stage will host an open-air pop-up fair of artists’ works “Multimāksla”, where it will be possible to buy things created by artists at a special price, thus supporting creative people. The works created by several artists will be available only at this summer’s markets and are unique because they have not been available and viewed publicly anywhere before.

Many creative personalities – singers, musicians, actors, etc. – have a passion that they do in parallel with their main profession: make all kinds of things, paint, knit, embroider, create works of art, cooking masterpieces, etc.
The artist’s “pop-up” market will be able to buy opera singer Sergei Jaeger’s outstandingly delicious pickles; porcelain dishes, graphics and other design objects specially designed by the singer Igo; multi-artist Elita Patmalniece’s new summer dresses, beach scarves, T-shirts and face masks; wines of Aigars Krēsla, a member of the group “Jumprava”; actress Agnese Zeltina’s rings, earrings and bracelets; Embroidery and paintings by Baiba Sipeniece-Gavare, a TV and radio personality; poetry books and CDs by the poet Guntars Račs; musician and TV presenter Roberto Meloni’s cookbooks, where to find ideas for summer picnic meals, and more.
The trade will take place in compliance with all current national restrictions and epidemiological requirements.
