[헤럴드POP=김나율기자]Musical actor Kang Eun-il was accused of being acquitted of forcible harassment and sued the woman A, who allegedly suffered, with innocence.

According to a media report on the 8th, Kang Eun-il accused the other woman A, who allegedly harassed victims last year, of innocence. Accordingly, it is known that Kang Eun-il has already been investigated by the complainant.

Earlier in 2018, Kang Eun-il was accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a restaurant women’s toilet at a meeting of acquaintances and high school alumni of acquaintances. Accordingly, the first trial ordered Kang Eun-il to be imprisoned for forced harassment in June and completed the sexual violence treatment program for 40 hours.

At the time, the court announced the reason for the sentence, saying, “The degree of harassment is not light and the victim seems to have suffered mental pain. The victim has not even been forgiven, and has not admitted the fault as an excuse that is difficult to understand.”

Accordingly, Kang Eun-il dropped off the musical and canceled the contract with the agency. At the time of the incident, Kang Eun-il was acquitted at the second trial due to CCTV footage. The Supreme Court also saw the second trial’s judgment as correct and finally confirmed the acquittal.

At the second trial, the judge said, “According to the CCTV video, it is more persuasive that Kang Eun-il argued that a kiss and a victim’s protest was made in front of the sink rather than the statement that Kang Eun-il followed Mr. A who entered the women’s toilet and harassed him.”

In response, Eun-il Kang conveyed his feelings after being acquitted and resumed activities by confirming appearances in the musical’Smoke’ and the play’Allmost Main’. Afterwards, Kang Eun-il accused the other woman of innocence.

Meanwhile, after being acquitted, Kang Eun-il promised to become an actor who grows more tomorrow than today and the day after tomorrow.
