They did not make the Olympics but they still collected five medals!
Les Brasseurs de Lorraine have just taken part in a competition, not in Japan but in Miami, in the United States. Result: five medals for their craft beers. One of bronze, three of silver and one of gold. The Gamote wins a gold medal, the 14/18, the Saint-Nicolas and the Loroyse are awarded a silver medal and the Lux divina is covered with bronze.
Something to give the bosses and employees of the small Mussipontaine company created in 2003 a smile. “We have been participating in this competition since its creation in 2016. We have always had medals, proof of the consistency of our products. This allows us to have argumentative and commercial hooks for export ”. The jury, made up of food journalists, restaurant chefs, sommeliers and food influencers, was therefore sensitive to the taste and quality of the products sent for tasting. “We choose the products in relation to the countries. For the United States, we have targeted beers that stand out to set us apart from other breweries. We had five medals out of six products sent and gold for bergamot beer, a product from Lorraine, ”rejoices Régis Bouillon, director of the brewery.
The American market is indeed complicated to invest for the small French company. Which continues to compete abroad and will send other beers to China next month.
