Like a plain course between two Alpine peaks on the Tour de France, the city council which is held today from 8:30 am – face-to-face – is presented as a transitional stage. With, of course, a few bumps to swallow. But no case out of category. The calm before the storm, the one that nobody – except elected officials – sees coming for the moment: the battle of the regional and especially the departmental, in which a good part of the 101 municipal councilors will be engaged.
