Right-wing politician Henning Warloe, who himself has experienced a political scandal, comes out with support for Bjørnar Moxnes.
Warloe was arrested in a drug case when he was a parliamentary politician in 2012 and was sentenced to 18 days’ probation. He is now a city council representative in Bergen.
He makes a call to Moxnes on Twitter and asks the departed Rødt leader not to leave politics for good, reports The Bergen newspaper.
– Look at it. Two years, which he still has in the Storting anyway, is a long time in politics. As a politician, he has had many qualities, which right now are overshadowed by these sunglasses. But things pass! writes Warloe.
Warloe is retiring from politics in the autumn and informs BA that he is considering writing a book about his experiences.
