Political Scientist Reveals Boyko Borissov’s Cunning Plan for Cabinet Formation

A political scientist revealed the cunning Borissov’s plan for a cabinet. “Borisov’s cunning has already shown itself. The situation suits him at the moment. Petar Cholakov from the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology at the Bulgarian National Academy of Sciences commented to BNR.

The litmus test of whether Borisov is bluffing is the conversation about reform in the prosecutor’s office, according to Prof. Cholakov.

“If it turns out that Borisov backs down at the last moment, this will not harm his reputation in any way. This will not make the voters of GERB sad in any way. On the contrary – a large part of the voters will laugh at the naivety of the PP , the negative will remain for them.

This is the weakness of this type of strategy – let’s wait to see if Borisov is bluffing or not,” said the expert.

“Why do people sit down at a table? They usually sit down to consume something. To consume power. Boyko Borisov plays the role of the all-forgiving. All this works in his favor and should not lead to negativity and a collapse in electoral support.
