After there is a crisis in the state, will there also be a crisis in the Metropolitan Municipal Council… Constitutional reforms, cabinet and what to expect for the elections on June 9… A councilor spoke village from VMRO Carlos Contrera to FAKTI.

– Mr. Contrera, where is it more interesting for you to look at what is happening in the country – in the administration of the office or in the Metropolitan City, where you are a councilor…
– It is sad and insulting for me to see what is happening. Our institutions are in disgrace. Chaos and anarchy. The state is almost dismantled. It is no different in the Metropolitan city. You can see the huge gap between words, promises and actions. Practically, the “convention” managed to disgust and displease even new groups of people. Perhaps that is one of the goals – to keep the disgraced from voting so that the disgraced can rule again. The society does not see a vision, it does not hear solutions to its problems, it listens to fulcrums, propaganda and lies completely.
I predict a crisis in the Metropolitan city as well, according to the model with which they broke the state. It’s just that everything is boring, there are mostly stories and no work. We have reached the point where, with the budget that the city accepted, they do not want to change one lamp, one bench, one stop, notice, because there was no money. Complete absurdity, but this is the ability of the same name “change”.

– Did anyone from the “Embassy” ever think, when they were putting together the puzzle of governance in our country, that we would find ourselves in such a disadvantage?
– There is a backstage, that’s how the assembly was created. Under the influence of external factors, heavy dependence, the embassy and embassies, however, their horses came out too fragile. We have seen the result. Betting politically on these people was a failure. And what did the state gain – nothing. Chaos and anarchy. At the same time, the problems of Bulgarians continue and deepen – in health care, lack of treatment for cancer patients, lack of nurses, pediatricians, lack of medicine, old and broken hospitals and polyclinics, poverty, war on the roads, decline. road network, etc. .n.

– What kind of constitutional reform did they tell us about, and what happened. Who and how should be responsible…
– If you want something to go wrong – contact Hristo Ivanov to reform you! The constitutional changes of the “convention” led to a managerial and political crisis. Nine months ago I said it was a mistake to interfere with the Constitution. Now what came out – some legal lawyers turned the Constitution upside down, they thought they were very clever, they arranged things, the schemes. And they dragged the whole country into chaos. The convention centers the salad. You see what is happening in the Ministry of the Interior… For me, this ministry should be closed, everyone should undergo loyalty tests and a new structure should be created, if two are needed… it is abominable, and the people have no justice.

– We have a caretaker government, but is it clear to you who is responsible for it?
– At this time, no one is responsible for anything and does not want to be responsible. We live in the days of slogans. But a country is not ruled by slogans. Office reference “Kiril Petkov”, office “Denkov”. Slogans, slogans, propaganda … and what? At the moment, we are bombarded with another propaganda – food prices have fallen. At what products and what prices? Where? Everyone who walks into the shop will see that prices are going up, that we are buying less with our wages and pensions. Bulgarians live harder, some people barely pay their bills. At the same time, there is a campaign on TV about how we almost live better and be richer. Unconsciousness!

– Ministers change, recommend and distribute because of…
– Ministers change like handkerchiefs, because no one is responsible for anything. Ministers have the position for extensive use. Why did Glavchev give them at all? Why did Radev agree? In general, a political masquerade is going on, complete madness. There is also no mention of thinking about the state, about statehood. We have thin counters, some small games and no work. By the way, the Minister of Agriculture Vatev should have been removed long ago, instead of recommending Glavchev as an official. I ask – what happened to the money for the so-called help because of imports from Ukraine? They are gone! Has the memorandum between farmers and Vatev been fulfilled? No! Where are the measures to support branches in agriculture? They are gone. Why then are you making this minister a minister? Then why are you removing it? In general, I feel that we are in a situation where GERB-DPS and the President have joined forces and are going through the web…

– Two ministers were replaced after a few hours. Why and who praised these ministers earlier, only to be inconvenient a little later…
– Apparently they were proposed because they were the result of a contract between GERB-DPS and the President. Then the agreement changes and a new contract is made. And so the circus is sure. Against this background, “change” has become a byword for schemes and corruption (I refer to the case in Customs and with the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs ).

– “Senate” or cabinet approval is the office. What do you think?
– Agreement rather than the president of GERB-DPS. There seems to be a slight truce between the three groups. Anyway, there seems to be some agreement between DB and GERB-DPS. I see that Hristo Ivanov has again remembered that he is against Peevski. And so it will be to the point when he sits down again to drink Turkish coffee in the DPS room in parliament. And PP place after the selections will be on DB crutch, you can see this process. The change as a party is over. In a short time we watch Kiril Petkov and Asen Vasilev pack their suitcases and leave the ship.

– But we will go to elections on June 9. And after they what…
– They are preparing two scenarios for us – either a stalemate with elections to a hole, or a new “convention”, which they are probably already negotiating. GERB-DPS-DB format, of course in the name of the country… If the Bulgarians do not come out to vote in masse against the parties from the “convention”, we are waiting for a cabinet like Denkov 2 .we don’t think we can expect anything more from such an arrangement – apart from new scandals and failures. That is why I would like citizens to come out and vote in protest. Only in this way will we break the “assembly”!
