Polish Singer Luna: From National Music School to Conquering Local Radio Stations with Space-Inspired Singles

The singer studied at the Grodziska National Music School in Mazowiecka in the violin class. Between 2015 and 2018, Luna attended law and political science courses, and in 2018 she started studying at the University of Warsaw.

In 2020, the stage name Luna was born, several singles in Polish appeared, which conquered local radio stations. In one of the first singles “Zgaś”, the artist included sounds from space available on the “NASA” website.

Also in the single “Mniej” released in 2021, she included sounds from space – from Venus, symbolizing beauty, love and art, from Mercury – symbolizing understanding.

About the pseudonym, Luna says it is his alter ego, a name full of magic and mystery. The word, which means moon in translation from Latin, is also a way that makes the musician not to forget about her inherent mooniness.

Several of the song’s videos feature footage from the National Ethnographic Museum in Warsaw to show how much nature is important to her. Nature is one of Luna’s sources of inspiration. The artist is also inspired by musician Bjork and stage artist Nick Cave.

Apart from music, the singer is interested in astrology, philosophy, art, ecology and fashion. He is also passionate about poetry.
