Representatives of the Warsaw City Hall, accompanied by police, broke into the school grounds at the Embassy of the Russian Federation.
How the agency reports RIA Novosti, first, a group of Polish officials and security forces arrived at the building of the embassy school, which is located on Kielce Street in the Polish capital. They started breaking down the door after refusing to open it.
“Having broken the gate and entered the school at the Russian embassy in Warsaw, the Polish authorities blocked the gate with a chain with a lock so that property could not be taken out of there,” – states the publication.
The invaders hung a new lock on the door, and only employees of the embassy with diplomatic status were allowed inside.
Yesterday, April 28, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs initiated the process of seizing Russian real estate, which “is not used for diplomatic and consular purposes,” including a school at the Russian Embassy in Warsaw.
The Polish side claims that Russia illegally occupies some properties in Warsaw. Therefore, they should be handed over to the “legal owner” – the State Treasury, which will place Ukrainian refugees in these buildings.
As reported EADailyearlier Poland accused the Russian intelligence services of a cyber attack on diplomatic missions located in the EU and NATO countries.
