Russia has cut oil deliveries through the Druzhba pipeline to Poland, according to the company PKN Orlen.
The company’s boss, Daniel Obajtek, writes on Twitter on Saturday that they have been prepared for this. Apparently it is possible to obtain oil from other suppliers instead.
Deliveries from Russia are said to have been at 10 per cent of normal recently.
The Druzhba pipeline has been exempted from the sanctions that the EU has imposed on Russia in the wake of the invasion of Ukraine.
