Glottertal: Tank fraud with stolen license plates – witnesses wanted

Already on Thursday evening, March 10th, 2022, at around 10 p.m., an unknown driver with his dark VW Golf or VW Polo drove into the area of a gas station at the entrance to Glottertal. While the driver remained seated in the vehicle, the passenger refueled both the vehicle and several petrol cans with fuel located on the rear seat bench.
With a fuel debt of around 360 euros, the two strangers left the gas station without paying.
According to the current status of the investigation, the license plates attached to the vehicle were stolen shortly beforehand in Alemannenstraße in Denzlingen.
The passenger wore white athletic shoes and a dark Adidas hoodie with white stripes on the sleeves.
