Gutach im Breisgau: Under drugs on the e-scooter

Gutach im Breisgau – Late Wednesday evening, around 11:15 p.m., a 32-year-old driver of an e-scooter was subjected to a traffic control on the cycle path between Gutach and Simonswald. Since a clear smell of marijuana could be perceived, the person concerned confessed and admitted the consumption of narcotics shortly before the control.
The driver is now facing proceedings for using a motor vehicle under the influence of narcotics.
