On January 3, 2023, at around 4 pm, a woman was walking her dog on a leash in the Rankmühle area when a group of four with two off-leash dogs approached her. The dog who was on the leash was startled by her approaching four-legged friends, so much so that she pulled so hard on the leash that the dog’s owner fell off. The 58-year-old woman suffered minor injuries to her shoulder. Meanwhile, people continued to walk without paying attention to the victim.
