On the night of Saturday, February 12, 2022, at around 1:30 a.m., a 21-year-old man was involved in a conversation between two previously unknown males on the site of the old synagogue in Freiburg.
In the course of this, the purse of the 21-year-old man was stolen and a physical altercation followed between the three people involved. The two alleged perpetrators then fled in an unknown direction.
The first suspect could be described by the injured party as follows: male, around 28 years old, around 180 cm tall, shaved hair short, gray hoodie, shoulder bag, French accent.
