The police found a body during a search in a house in Elst on Tuesday. It is believed to be the remains of a 57-year-old man who had been missing since September last year.
A 56-year-old woman from Gelderland was arrested on Tuesday morning. She is suspected of involvement in the death of the missing man and of misuse of his personal data.
A spokesperson could not say whether the man and woman knew each other. The suspect is in restrictions and is only allowed to have contact with her lawyer.
