Luttach. Stefan L., the 27-year-old driver of the accident, a South Tyrolean, is currently in a special cell under guard, there is a risk of suicide. As reported, the 27-year-old raced into a travel group from Germany around 1.15 a.m. with his sports car (Audi TT). The youngsters had taken a bus to their accommodation after visiting the disco. The “Nightliner” was specially set up to bring young people safely home.
Thrown through the air. The young people between the ages of 20 and 25 had just got out and would have had to walk 100 meters to their accommodation. The bus driver tried to warn the driver of the accident with light signals, but could not prevent the tragedy. Some of the victims were thrown through the air 20 to 30 meters.
The Italian police have published photos of the Audi TT for the first time, with which Stefan L. drove drunk to a tour group in Luttach (South Tyrol) and killed seven people.

A seventh victim died in the Innsbruck clinic of his injuries on Monday. A total of three men and four women were killed. There is still an acute danger to life for one person.
