Police Seek Witness of Stroller-Pedestrian Collision in Offenbach, Germany

The incident happened on Friday, August 11, around 11 a.m. at the corner of Kaiserstrasse and Berliner Strasse in Offenbach. A 74-year-old pedestrian crossed Kaiserstrasse and was apparently knocked over by a stroller. The woman with the pram is said to have helped the fallen person up, but fled when the personal information was exchanged. The pensioner sustained a forearm fracture when she fell.

The fugitive is said to be in her early 30s, about 168 centimeters tall and of corpulent stature. She is said to have covered her dark hair under a hat and wore a patterned, beige, knee-length dress. The stroller is described as a dark double stroller in which the two children sat one behind the other.
