Harris Syahputra Damanik (41), a man who creates video content insult against President Joko Widodo (Jokowi), kept in Kuta, Bali. The person concerned has now been released after being interrogated for 6 hours.
“The person concerned underwent an examination at the Krimsus (Special Criminal) for about six hours,” said Bali Police Public Relations Chief Kombes Stefanus Satake Bayu Setianto, as reported by Antara. detik BaliMonday (11/28/2022).
Satake Bayu said Harris Syahputra was released because he admitted his guilt. He also apologised.
“Since the person concerned apologized in video form, the case was dropped,” he added.
FYI, Harris Damanik was secured on Friday (25/11/2022) by Cyber Ditreskrimsus Team of Bali Police Sub-Directorate V at Warung Burger Kalap, Kuta, Badung. After questioning, Harris Damanik admitted that he had insulted President Jokowi through his YouTube channel, Raja Harris Raja Record.
The video was made on August 16, 2022. In addition to the video insulting President Jokowi, the Raja Haris Raja Record account has uploaded 90 other videos, all of which were made in Bali.
