Police suspect another three people were involved in the kidnapping of a 15-year-old boy in Amsterdam last month. These are two men and a woman. Prior to the kidnapping, they would have monitored the area where the boy was abducted. The police want to know who they are and have released new images.

The boy was kidnapped on January 10 around 8:40 am in Tweede Jan Steenstraat. He would have been pushed into a white van by some people. Agents managed to trace the van on the A27 near the village of Groenekan. The boy was freed and the three other occupants were arrested.

The police have released images of the kidnapping and the three new suspects:

According to the police, the boy does not seem to have been a random victim: “The most likely scenario is that a conflict has escalated to such an extent that it was reason enough for a number of people to kidnap the boy,” a police spokesman said. NH News/AT5.
