As part of an investigation into alleged drug sales, the Police carried out raids and arrested this afternoon the Bahian lawyer Juan Manuel Martínez, who in August had been arrested for possession of narcotics and a precision scale.
Police officers from the Departmental Investigation Delegation (DDI) were in charge of the procedures in the criminal lawyer’s legal office, located on the first block of Viamonte Street, and in his home at 1400 Argerich, in the El Nacional neighborhood.
The alleged sale of narcotics by the lawyer would have been detected after investigators analyzed Martínez’s cell phone, which they kidnapped during his previous arrest.
